Three days / three nights.  Thursday evening to Sunday afternoon

At a time when true elders are seldom seen or recognised, this retreat offers a sacred space to awaken the wisdom that lives within you. The Elder Invocation marks the beginning of a powerful journey, a turning toward the deeper calling of your life and the responsibilities that come with ripened experience.

Over three days, you will be gently guided through reflection, dialogue, and ceremony to:

• Reconnect with the story of your life and the lessons it has taught you.
• Discover the gifts that time, experience, and hardship have cultivated in you.
• Explore what it means to be eldered and to offer eldership in a world that has forgotten its elders.
• Release what no longer serves, and call forth the qualities of presence, compassion, and service that define true eldership.

Through ritual, nature, and shared wisdom, participants are invited to cross a threshold from simply growing older to becoming an Elder: one who stands in integrity, radiates grounded authority, and offers blessing to others.

This retreat is for those who feel the stirrings of a new chapter who sense that life is calling them to step forward with purpose, grace, and courage as a gift to their community and to the generations that follow.

The Elder Invocation retreat is for men and women who feel the quiet call to step into the next stage of life with greater depth, meaning, and service.

It is especially suited to those who:

• Sense that something new is being asked of them - a deeper way of showing up in the world.
• Have lived, loved, lost, achieved, and are now seeking to distil their experiences into wisdom.
• Wish to reclaim the dignity and purpose of growing older, not as decline, but as ripening.
• Feel ready to serve as a steady presence for others in family, community, or the wider world.
• Long for authentic connection with others on a similar path of reflection and renewal.

You do not need to consider yourself an “Elder” to attend, only to feel that life is inviting you to become one.

This retreat welcomes all who wish to awaken to their inner authority, embody their hard-won wisdom, and begin to live as a conscious blessing to others.
