Anthony is Co-Founder, General Manager and a Facilitator at Defining Moments. He brings over twenty years’ experience working at the intersection of personal development, mentoring, safeguarding, and organisational leadership, with a particular focus on rites of passage, life transitions, and the restoration of meaningful thresholds in modern life.

Alongside co-founding Defining Moments, Anthony has spent many years working with A Band of Brothers, where he has held senior roles including Regional Lead, Trainer, and Rites of Passage Facilitator. His work there has involved designing and delivering intensive retreat experiences, training mentors and facilitators, developing safeguarding and inclusion frameworks, and supporting young people and adults through psychologically and emotionally demanding processes. This background has given him a strong grounding in holding safe, ethical, and well-contained spaces for deep personal and collective work.

Anthony’s approach blends ancient wisdom traditions, mythic and archetypal understanding, and contemporary therapeutic insight. He is particularly drawn to the role of witnessing, elderhood, and the transmission of wisdom across generations. At Defining Moments, he helps shape both the vision and the practical delivery of programmes, ensuring that each experience is thoughtfully designed, well-held, and rooted in integrity. His work is guided by a commitment to building bridges between the ancient and the future, and to supporting people to meet life’s defining moments with courage, care, and truth.
